Digital Platforms
At the beginning of the school year, each student and their legal guardians will receive login credentials to access the LFiA’s digital platforms.
Eduka is the school’s administrative platform. It allows you to:
– complete student registration, re-registration, and withdrawal procedures;
– register students for extracurricular activities;
download invoices and payment receipts;
– update your administrative information at the beginning of the school year;
– order secondary school textbooks;
– and more.
Skolengo is the school’s educational communication platform. It allows users to:
– access class blogs;
– communicate with teachers;
– access educational information and learning resources provided by the teaching staff.
Pronote allows users to:
– view class schedules;
– monitor absences and late arrivals;
– access grades and report cards;
– view the daily hot meal menu available in the cafeteria;
– and more.
Cafeteria
Deir Ghbar Site
The cafeteria at the Deir Ghbar site offers a variety of snacks and beverages during breaks and before extracurricular activities.
– Mini pizzas and sandwiches
– Fresh fruits and vegetables
– Cookies
– Other snacks
– Water
– Fruit juice
– Flavored milk
A hot meal service is available for students enrolled in extracurricular activities.
The meal costs 3 JOD and includes:
– a starter;
– a main course;
– a dessert.
The menu is available on Pronote and displayed at the entrance to the primary site.
Meal registration is mandatory and must be completed in advance with the cafeteria representative at the entrance to the site, either:
– no later than the morning before classes begin; or
– at the beginning of the week for the desired days.
To avoid children carrying cash or using digital payments, meal coupons are available for purchase from the cafeteria representative at the entrance to the site (Gate A).
Yadoudeh Site
The cafeteria at the Yadoudeh site also offers a wide selection of snacks and beverages similar to those available at the primary site.
A hot meal is available during the lunch break for CM students from 12:00 p.m. to 12:25 p.m., and for middle and high school students from 12:35 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
No advance reservation is required.
Payment can be made directly on site:
– with coupons ;
– in cash;
– or by online payment (bank card, wristband, etc.).
School Transportation
The Lycée Français International d’Amman (LFiA) offers two school transportation services to meet families’ needs.
The door-to-door service allows students to be picked up from their homes and transported directly to the LFiA.
This service is available depending on the family’s residential area. Depending on your location, your neighborhood may or may not be covered by the transportation network. The service area is divided into Zone A and Zone B.
The applicable transportation fees are available in the « Fees and Regulations » section of the LFiA website.
The school shuttle provides transportation between the Deir Ghbar Primary Site and the Yadoudeh Secondary Site for students from CM1 through Grade 12.
Morning Schedule
7:30 a.m. – 7:50 a.m.: Middle and high school students (in front of Gate B).
7:50 a.m. – 8:05 a.m.: CM students (via Gate A).
Families may register for:
– the door-to-door service;
– the school shuttle service;
– one-way or round-trip transportation, depending on their needs.
