Welcome of new families

  • at 09:00 in Deir Ghbar, welcome to all new families of students from kindergarten to grade 12, followed by a visit to the primary school site.
  • at 12.00 noon: visit to the lycée in Yadoodeh: for new students from CM (grade 4 and 5), middle school and high school. Former CE2 (grade3) students currently in CM1 (grade4) are also welcome to visit.

Back to school

Kindergarten :

1 parent accompanies to class

  • TPS PS (Pre1 – Pre2) 9.30am-11.30am: teachers and assistants welcome students to the classrooms
  • MS (KG1) 10am-12pm: teachers and assistants welcome students to the classrooms
  • GS (KG2) 10.30am-12.30pm: teachers and assistants welcome students to the classrooms
Primary school :
  • CE1 CE2 (Grade 2 and 3) 8.30am-1.48pm: students enter alone from SAS A: welcome and class attendance in the playground by the teachers then normal school day.
  • CP (Grade1) 9am-1.48pm: welcome and class attendance with parents until 9.30am then normal school day
  • CM1 CM2 (Grade 4 and 5) (Yadoodeh site): 10:15-14:36; children may be accompanied to the entrance hall and then go to the CM courtyard where the teachers will be waiting.
Middle and high school :
  • Start at 10am for all students. Reception in the courtyard near the Maison des lycéens by the main teachers until 12.30 pm. After the lunch break, students follow their usual timetable until 3.20pm.
Please note that on September 3rd :
  • No cafeteria on either site on the 1st day.
  • Water dispensers are available for students to fill their water bottles.
  • No school transport in the morning. However, students registered for the door-to-door bus and the shuttle bus can take advantage of transport at the end of classes.

From Wednesday 4 September

Reprise des cours avec transport et cafétéria

  • Kindergarten classes: from 8am to 1.48pm.
    To ensure a smooth transition and a welcome with the parents, parents of TPS PS MS and GS students will be able to accompany their children to class from 7.50am to 8.05am.
  • CP CE1 CE2 class: from 8am to 1.48pm
  • CM1 CM2 class: from 8.30am to 2.36pm
  • Middle and high school class: from 8.30am to 3.20pm or 4.20pm or 5.20pm depending on the timetable.
