Lunch reception for our service providers

To thank our service providers for their work and commitment, the LFiA organised a reception at its two sites. It was a warm moment of conviviality and recognition for their essential contribution to the smooth running of our establishment.

Parent-teacher meetings

The parent-teacher meetings were a great success at the secondary school ! A big thank you to all the parents for coming and to our teachers for their commitment. Together, we continue to support the success of our students.

CE1 outing to the French Institute of Jordan

The CE1 students had the pleasure of discovering the film The Kid by Charlie Chaplin at the French Institute of Jordan. An enriching cinematic experience full of laughter!

CE1 mosaic and choir project

Discover the magnificent work of the CE1 students! Between creating colourful mosaics and their choir, they have demonstrated their talent and creativity. Well done to them for their talent!

Training in Artificial Intelligence

The LFiA had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Camarroque, an artificial intelligence trainer, who conducted two exceptional training sessions for our primary and secondary school teachers.
These sessions helped to enhance our teaching practices and explore innovative tools to support the evolution of education.
Together, we build the school of tomorrow!

A look back at Santa's visit to the nursery school

Here’s a look back at Santa’s long-awaited visit to our kindergarten students! It was a magical moment, full of smiles, to round off the year in style.

Primary school play structure

See our nursery students in action in their new play structure! A space designed to stimulate their creativity and motor skills. They’ll have fun while learning in a safe and appropriate environment.

Plastic bottle cap collection project

The eco-delegates have launched a bottle cap collection drive until March 15 to support the Green Wheelz association. The caps will be recycled, and the funds raised will help children of determination.
To participate, you can send bottle caps with your children to hand over to the eco-delegates on both sites. Together, let’s support this wonderful initiative!

Project: Greek vases by grade 6 students

Students in Grade 6 immersed themselves in the world of ancient Greece by creating their own vases. They learned to identify the different parts of a vase while working with red and white clay. After shaping their pieces, they decorated them with geometric motifs, inspired by traditional Greek artistic techniques.

Parcoursup is now open

The Parcoursup platform, dedicated to post-bac choices, is now open. The students, accompanied by the Director of secondary school, PRIO, have started their applications. We wish them all the best of luck with their studies!

Bassi Tracking System

The Bassi Tracking System is now active for door-to-door bus journeys! To track your child’s journey, check for delays or cancel a booking, download the application by clicking on the following link:

Bus regulations poster

A poster with icons representing the bus regulations has been installed in all vehicles. These symbols are an easy way of reminding students of appropriate behaviour during the journey.

Mock Bac exams

The mock Bac exams went very well! These exams enable Terminale students to reinforce their skills and prepare better for the baccalauréat.

Fire alarm exercise

To ensure everyone’s safety, the LFiA organised a fire alarm exercise. These simulations enabled everyone to familiarise themselves with emergency procedures.

Continuous teacher training

Our teachers continue to train and develop their skills abroad! Here are a few photos of our colleagues during their training abroad, always with the aim of providing better support for our students.

Collection of mobile phones for students in grade 6 and 7

To ensure a school environment conducive to concentration and learning, students in grades 6 and 7 must leave their mobile phones at the entrance of the school. This measure is designed to limit distractions and encourage greater immersion in lessons.

Presentation of engineering studies at the Grandes Écoles

Former LFiA student Kiyane Saleh, currently in her 5th and final year at INSA Lyon, recently gave a presentation to the Terminale students on engineering studies at the grandes écoles, along with fellow student Clara Guasto. It was an enriching exchange, giving them a better understanding of the career paths and opportunities offered by these courses. While in Amman, they had just returned from an exchange programme in South Korea and were preparing to return to Lyon to complete their engineering studies.

Ballet class show

A look back at the magnificent ballet show put on by our primary school students! A moment of grace and creativity that delighted young and old alike. Congratulations to our talented artists for their exceptional performance!

Debate club

During the extra-curricular midday activity, our Debate Club students took part in some fascinating and enriching discussions. It was an ideal opportunity to develop their critical thinking, eloquence and argumentative skills. Well done to everyone for their commitment and enthusiasm!

Our students have talent

Congratulations to our students on their exceptional performances at the Kingdom Gymnastics Championships, sponsored by the Jordan Gymnastics Federation!

  • Noor Muhaisen (CP) won 4 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.
  • Jana Muhaisen (CE1) won 4 bronze medals.
  • Naya Hattar (CM2) won a bronze medal as part of a team.

Nour, Jana and Naya, your determination and efforts are a real source of inspiration. We are extremely proud of you!
