Environment week
Cleaning around school
On Sunday October 2, 2022, the grade 9-1 students launched the “cleaning around school” operation with their main teacher Ms. Markine.
This cleaning campaign, which is part of the actions taken by the LFiA as part of the environment week, will be held once a week with all Yadoodeh classes, from grade 4 to grade 12. Thanks to all of you
Recycling of plastic caps
Sunday October 25, the 1st year of kindergarten classes went to the IFJ where they met their parents to prepare their first project of “Recycling of plastic caps” on the occasion of the environment week.
Faisal Nursery visit
As part of environment and climate week, grade 4 students visited Faisal Nursery in Jerash on Thursday, October 6, to learn about modern irrigation techniques used in agriculture by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Jordan. They also replanted tree seedlings. Thanks to the FAO in Jordan and the Faisal nursery for this invitation
Arts
2 art exhibitions were installed the week of October 5, on the Yadoodeh site as part of the environment week. The first exhibition, “immortal plants”, was made by the grade 7 classes, the second one,” LFiA herbarium ” by the grade 9 classes. Bravo to all the students

September 26, a visit from a representative of Sorbonne University of Abu Dhabi to grade 12 students!

Our students have talent
Many of LFiA students participated in the special youth version of Amman Marathon on Friday October 7. Congratulations, to Estel BIGORRA GBIALY who won the 1st place in her category out of 155 participants and ran the 3km in 13 minutes 55 seconds. Congratulations also to Yazan and Hashim MASAD

IFJ visit
The grade 4 and 5 students were able to discover the French Institute in Jordan during the last week school visits. They have participated in a treasure hunt activity and attended the screening of a short film.
Web radio
During the French national school sports day, which took place on September 21, 2022 at the Deir Ghbar School, the web radio students interviewed students, parents, teachers and the director Madame Laure Touré.
